FAQ: Lumedic Connect Verifier Portal

The portal doesn’t require you to sign in or create an account with Lumedic. The information you supply helps us understand which locations and industries need Lumedic Connect.

We do not store any personal health information or sell information to third parties.

Lumedic Connect is currently in pilot with Providence and its partner health systems. If your customer or employee is not a patient of Providence health systems, Lumedic Connect is unable to match their digital vaccine record. To learn when Lumedic Connect is available in your area, sign up.

If your customer or employee is a patient in the pilot area, there are three reasons Lumedic Connect can’t match the record.

  1. The customer/employee hasn’t received a vaccination.
  2. The customer/employee received a vaccination but didn’t complete the Lumedic Connect registration process.
  3. The customer/employee received a vaccination, completed the Lumedic Connect registration process but hasn’t received or added their vaccine record to their Lumedic Connect app yet.

The Lumedic Connect Verifier Portal displays an individual’s vaccination status for 30 seconds to maintain privacy and speed up the verification process. If you were unable to verify a person’s vaccination status within 30 seconds, ask the person to scan a new QR code.

No. The Lumedic Connect Verifier Portal displays all COVID-19 vaccine records an individual received.

Health systems are not required to include the vaccine name in an individual’s record. If you do not see the vaccine name, the health system that was the source of the COVID-19 vaccine record didn’t include it in that person’s medical record. However, the manufacturer name may appear in the “Vaccine Name” line of the vaccine record.

Yes. More than one person can use the Lumedic Connect Verifier Portal at the same time at your location.

Follow these steps if you are having difficulties loading the Lumedic Connect Verifier Portal:

  • Check your internet connection
  • Make sure your web browser is up to date use (try using Chrome, Safari, or Edge for the best experience with the portal)
  • Clear cookies and cache for the device you’re using
  • Quit and re-open the web browser
  • Restart your smartphone, tablet or computer

If a person doesn’t use the Lumedic Connect app, you can’t verify their vaccine status with the Lumedic Connect Verifier Portal. Please consult with your human resources department or your manager about your company’s COVID-19 vaccine policies.
